Mike and his workers are great. They did a quick and efficient job putting in our 16 windows and front porch post. We've seen a dramatic drop in our electric bill. "After the death of my husband, I became acutely aware of the problem of deteriorating windows and doors, and found myself intimidated by the prospect of having them replaced. Fortunately, friends from church recommended Mike for his top quality work and exceptional work ethic. But more than that, he was also a patient and compassionate man with strong Christian values.

At his suggestion, we divided the work into three phases. In all, I replaced three sets of patio doors, two storm doors, a double door, six windows in the garage, and seventeen windows in the house.

Michael Roberson (owner) and his friendly installers arrived early and did a GREAT job putting up the rails in a timely and professional manner, even though they had to put up with our dog and the neighbor's dogs hanging around while they worked! At one point, they informed me of an issue with one of the rails and immediately called Mike to re-order a new one, which he did that same day. When the new rail came in, they immediately came back and re-installed it even though I was not able to be there. I appreciate the way Mike went the extra mile for me to make sure the rails were right and installed correctly. "On November 21, 2022 Mike and his crew was prompt that cold morning and ready to install my Windows. When I saw my windows which are customs , I was immediately pleased. That morning was the first time I laid eyes on them and they exceeded my expectations. "We received 4 quotes from various window companies in the area, some were as bad as high pressure used car salesman. Mike was the complete opposite. Professional, no pressure, no non-sense and to the point. He gave us a very competitive quote immediately. We then met him at his show room where he explained his product offerings in detail. Windows were ordered and delivered on schedule and installation was started earlier then expected. Mikes installers were completely professional in every respect. There was no loud or bad language, they were extremely knowledgeable, completing the job quickly. Their workmanship, especially in wrapping the exposed wood work around our windows was excellent. Our home looks great. We would highly recommend Rocky Mount Windows and Doors, they are professional at every level and provide a easy worry free job. He basically rebuilt our rotten chimney, replaced all the windows, added a front door and storm door, and vinyled the house. I can't say enough about Mike's team - patient with me as I asked a gazillion questions, no worry of foul language when my kiddo was around (or around me for that matter), and tolerant of our barking dogs! Not once did his team leave our yard without spending about 30 minutes cleaning up even little scraps - as a mom of a very active kid and many doggies, my greatest fear was that one of them would cut their foot on a piece of metal or a nail.
